Registration information

CNTC has reserved hotel rooms during the conference at a special conference rate. Since hotel reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis, it is recommended that all registrations be made through the on-line registration system as early as possible.

A printable version of the registration form is available for those persons to whom the on-line facility is inconvenient. Registration form should be filled out in print and then fax, e-mail or express to:

Registration fees
  Until 30 September 1 October－1 November and on-site
          CORESTA Member RMB 6,600 RMB 7,300
          Non-CORESTA Member RMB 7,700 RMB 8,500
          Accompanying person RMB 5,000 RMB 5,500

* All payments should be made in RMB.
* The deadline for the preferential price is 30 September.Please make sure your payment can be received by the Official Congress Organizer before the deadline.

Delegate's registration fee includes

   - Conference bag, Conference documents
   - Attendance to Sessions
   - Welcome Reception, Entertainment Party, Excursion, and Gala Dinner
   - Lunches and coffee breaks on 3-6 November


Accompanying person's registration fee includes
   - Conference bag
   - Welcome Reception, Entertainment Party, Excursion, and Gala Dinner
   - Accompanying person's tour on 3, 4 November
   - Lunches on 3-6 November

Registration fees do not include insurance for participants against accidents, sickness, theft, property loss and damage. Congress delegates and accompanying persons are advised to prepare appropriate travel insurance by themselves.

Cancellation and refund

All cancellations are to be communicated to the 2008 CORESTA CONGRESS Organizing Committee.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 30 September 2008 with full refund.
There will be no refunds for cancellations made on or after 1 October 2008.
   

Visa Requirements and Letters of Visa Invitation

All overseas delegates must possess valid passport and visa. For visa application, please contact the nearest Chinese Embassy.
Invitation letters will be issued by the 2008 CORESTA CONGRESS Organizing Committee to all the delegates and accompanying persons.
